PLASTIC PACKING Since 1989, we have been involved in Thermoforming or Vacuum Forming. Starting with Basic Blister and Skin Packing, today we are among the leading Thermoformers in South India. We have fully automatic, semi - automatic and manual thermoforming machines in two factories in Chennai and we supply Blisters, Packing Trays, Plastic Containers and Packing - cum - Display articles to various companies . A distinguishing feature of our company is the ability to make large size fitments through thermoforming for various purposes. Going upto sizes of 1m X 2m, we have been supplying thermoformed fitments that are being used for Incubator beds, outer and inner housing for machinery, and various other Industrial and medical applications.





What is THERMOFORMING ?  


THERMOFORMING is a simple process where plastic sheets are moulded or formed by using a combination of heat and vacuum. The thermoplastic being used is heated till it reaches a suitable temperature. It is then lowered over the die placed below and vacuum is created so that the plastic takes the shape of the die. Once forming takes place it is cooled so that the plastic takes the shape of the die. Once forming takes place it is cooled so that the thermoplastic retains the shape of the die. Thermoformable plastics that are used include HIPS, PVC, ABS, HDPE and ACRYLIC.
